1st Annual Retention Convention
Talent Management in a Rapidly Changing Economy

At the First Annual Retention Convention, February 2001 in Los
Angeles, California 25 talent leaders, representing over 800,000
employees worldwide from a group of 12 Fortune 500 companies,
gathered to dialogue and share in order to uncover best practices
to help them build global talent management systems to support
today's rapidly changing economy.
