An on-line organizational employee survey based on the engagement
and retention strategies from Love 'Em or Lose 'Em: Getting
Good People to Stay, the EngagementEdge is
a 15 minute Likert-scale assessment.
Distributed prior to actions being implemented,
this diagnostic survey can pinpoint the areas within an organization
to apply resources and action plans. As a post-initiative
diagnostic, it uncovers improvement and results in the actions
taken as part of the initiative. An organizational survey
