Description:
Based on the A-Z retention and engagement strategies of Love
'Em or Lose 'Em: Getting Good People to Stay, the Engagement
Edge: Survey will provide your company with data, at
an organizational or departmental level, to identify retention
challenges and opportunities. As remedial retention strategies
are implemented, the survey can be used as an on-going scorecard
to measure results.
Objectives:
The survey employs a Likert-scale poll of employees based
on 68 questions that uncover the following data:
What do you value most in your workplace?
Do you intend to stay?
What might influence your decision to stay?
Results are presented at a high-level and are linked to key
areas that drive engagement and retention: career development,
management style, work environment, job content, compensation
and priorities. Reporting is tailored to specific demographics
based on individual business needs. These findings generate
a corrective process that can be implemented in your workplace.
Outcomes:
Provides data to support a process to reduce disengagement
and turnover costs.
Establishes the foundation to create and implement an
organization-wide retention and engagement culture.
Quantitatively measures and benchmarks results achieved
according to organizational initiatives.
